General
Q: Do you have flat rate pricing for service calls?
A: We don’t believe in charging our customers a flat rate (also has other names). Usually that means a company will give you one standard price that covers parts and labor. We have found that charging a flat rate is much higher than if we just charge the customer for the time that we are there and the parts that we use.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: We are both licensed and insured. We are also recognized by the Better Business Bureau and the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
Q: Do you provide after hour emergency service?
A: We do provide 24 hour emergency service because we know that plumbing and heating problems do not just occur between 8-5 Monday through Friday.
